Common questions
Do I pay anything for the preview?
No. I build you a free preview first. You only pay the setup fee once you've seen it, asked for changes and approved it.
How do I pay?
The setup fee is paid by EFT once you approve your site. You'll get an invoice.
Is hosting included?
Yes. The monthly fee covers fast, secure hosting, your domain, a professional email address at your domain, small text and photo updates, and a monthly check that your site is working.
Will the website be on my own domain?
Yes. Your site goes live on your own domain, for example yourbusiness.co.za. The domain is covered by the monthly fee.
What if I want changes?
You tell me what to change on the preview before you approve it. The Business package includes 2 rounds of changes. Small text and photo updates are covered by the monthly fee, and bigger changes are R350 per hour.
